THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1469 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This Contempt Case has been filed complaining non-compliance of the Order dated 16.02.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3314 of 2015.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) submits that the respondent has passed the Memo on 10.09.2015 itself, complying with the Order dated 16.02.2015. Hence, he submits that nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Case.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the Contempt Case is closed. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
