Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 06-06-2014 passed in WP No.4659 of 2014 has been complied and the case of the petitioner has been considered and rejected and the petitioner wants to challenge the same in separate proceedings.

Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel, the contempt case is closed. However, it is stated that the petitioner wants to challenge the rejection order in separate proceedings, it is open for the petitioner to assail the same, if so advised.
