THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1739 of 2012 ORDER:

1 This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C challenging the order dated 12.09.2012 passed in S.C.No.68 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Special Judge for S.C & S.T (PoA) Act Cases - cum - Additional District Judge, Nalgonda. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners both in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed. __________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
