THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.16751 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for the respondents. This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the second respondent in passing orders for releasing 127020 kgs of maize seeds worth Rs.25,40,400/- on the application of the petitioner filed on 01.06.2015 in File No.CS6/322/2015. The petitioner is willing to furnish security for the said amount. In view of the nature of the relief sought, this Court is satisfied with the prayer and deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the second respondent to consider the application for release of the seized stock on usual terms, if the second respondent so chooses. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders thereon. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
