HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28574 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent-District Collector in not considering the application dated 26.05.2017 of the petitioner for the enquiry on illegal entries made in revenue records, as arbitrary and illegal.

At the time of hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record the written instructions dated 13.08.2018 received from the Tahsildar, Dachepalli Mandal, wherein it is stated that the petitioner was not having the relevant evidence to show that the land admeasuring Ac.1.50 cents situated at Sy.No.770 of Dachepalli Village and Mandal belongs to him and that he is cultivating the said land. The report also shows that the name of the petitioner is not entered in web land but he was on ground for the land admeasuring Ac.1.50 1⁄2 cents. Since the impugned order was passed by the respondents basing on the application dated 26.05.2017 of the petitioner, the respondentauthorities shall communicate the copy of the said order to the petitioner by registered post with acknowledgment due within a period of one week from today. Thereafter, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order, he is at liberty to challenge the same by availing the remedy available under law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
