VRS,J & MGR,J WP Nos.23194 & 23206 of 2009 HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.23194 AND 23206 OF 2009 COMMON ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) These writ petitions are filed by the State challenging the orders of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal allowing the applications of the respondents herein. There were interim orders before the Tribunal and also there are interim orders in these writ petitions in favour of the State.

2. The respondents now wish to withdraw their original applications before the Tribunal. In other words, they do not wish to press the prayers sought for in their original applications before the A.P. Administrative Tribunal. The letters circulated by the learned counsel for the respondents are taken on record.

3. Hence, the Writ Petitions are disposed of recording the withdrawal of the Original Applications. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
