HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28557 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the application dated 11.04.2018 of the petitioner, seeking mutation of the land admeasuring Ac.0.33 gts situated at Sy.No.67 of Munaganoor Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranaga Reddy District, in his favour, as illegal and arbitrary. At the time of hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the application dated 11.04.2018, submitted by the petitioner is not in accordance with law, but the same is disputed by the counsel for the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-Tahsildar,to consider and pass appropriate orders on the application dated 11.04.2018 of the petitioner, if it is in accordance with the provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four to six months from today. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
