The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, Koyyalagudem Police Station, West Godavari, conducted the investigation in Cr.No.135 of 2018, which is registered based on the complaint of the petitioner, in a lopsided manner and referred the same as 'false case' vide CD dated 24.06.2018.

Head the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Petitioner has alternative remedy of filing protest petition before the court concerned. Hence, writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file protest petition, raising all the grounds available to him, and the trial court shall consider the same and take action in accordance with law.
