THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.1612 & 2080 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

These civil revision petitions by the defendants 2 to 5 under Article 227 of the Constitution of India are directed against the orders dated 20.01.2015 of the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District passed in I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2015 in O.S.No.954 of 2014. I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for both the sides.

At the hearing the learned counsel for the first respondent/plaintiff would submit that the plaintiff has no objection to set aside the orders impugned and allow both the applications of the defendants 2 to 5 and permit them to contest the suit on merits.

Having regard to the submissions, the Civil Revision Petitions are allowed and the orders impugned are set aside. As a sequel, I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2015 stands allowed. Accordingly the ex-parte order against the defendants 2 to 5 is set aside.

The plaintiff is directed to serve all the material papers including pleadings on the learned counsel for defendants 2 to 5 within a period of 25 days from today. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2014, the defendants 2 to 5 are directed to file their written statement within a period of one month thereafter, without fail. The trial Court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from today.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
