THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.2356 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.2 in Crime No.6 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the final report before the concerned Court referring the matter as lack of evidence. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
