HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.28558 of 2018 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioners that the 2nd respondent is interfering with the civil dispute and not filing final report in F.I.R.No.277 of 2017 dated 27-05-2017.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions stating that except registration of crime on receipt of complaint which was forwarded by the concerned Court, the respondents have not interfered with the civil disputes as alleged. The petitioners are shown as A-1 to A-3. So far, the 2nd respondent did not summon them and investigation is pending in the above crime.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent-police are pressurizing the petitioners to compromise the civil disputes with the 3rd respondent, though the petitioners have no role and false complaint was registered at the instance of the 3rd respondent.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to pressurize the petitioners to settle the civil disputes with the 3rd respondent. However, this order will not preclude the respondent-police from investigating into any offence registered against the petitioners.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 06-09-2018 Nvl
