THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.34241 OF 2011 DATED 24th JUNE, 2015 Between:
Avatar Mehar Baba Charitable Trust .. Petitioner and The Superintendent of Police, Karimnagar and others .. Respondents
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.34241 OF 2011
O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioner trust was that the police authorities had not taken any action and registered a crime against the third respondent herein pursuant to its complaint dated 07.12.2011. The Station House Officer, Sircilla Police Station, Karimnagar District, furnished written instructions dated 30.12.2011 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that upon due enquiry into the complaint made by the petitioner trust, the police authorities found that it was a civil dispute between the petitioner trust and the third respondent and accordingly, the petitioner trust was advised to approach a competent Court of law for redressal. In the light of the conclusion arrived at by the police authorities, it is for the petitioner trust to take recourse to appropriate remedies available to it in law before the competent forum. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner trust to do so. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
