THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8633 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.78 of 2015 of Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court and the same was numbered as C.C.No.341 of 2015. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for both the parties, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
