Despite this matter being adjourned twice to enable the petitioner to engage another counsel, no steps have been taken. Ms.J.Sujatha, learned counsel representing Mr.Posani Venkateswarlu, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, states that their office was unable to contact the petitioner and therefore, she reports no instructions.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
