CVNR, J & KVL, J CC.No.2060 of 2017 Dated:10.10.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 06.7.2012, in Writ Petition No.30173 of 2011. After arguing the case, Mr. Sivaraju Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that his client may be given an option of instituting a substantive proceedings before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad questioning his non-selection or approach the Supreme Court by way of Contempt of order, dated 29.11.2016, in SLP(C).Nos.22972-22985/2012.

The request of the learned counsel is, accordingly, accepted and the Contempt Case is closed with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
