The Contemnor is present and filed an affidavit stating that he assumed charge of the office on 04.08.2017 and after coming to know of the order of this Court, dated 29.08.2016, passed in W.V.M.P.No.1963 of 2016 in W.P.M.P.No.39277 of 2014 in W.P.No.31419 of 2014, he complied with the order by paying the arrears amount to the petitioner.

In view of the same, no further proceedings are required to be continued in the present Contempt Case and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
