HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.1570 OF 2017 ORDER:

Though the present petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.4 of 2016 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, Sri K. Mallikarjun, learned counsel for the petitioners, would request that the presence of the petitionersaccused Nos.2 to 7 may be dispensed with during pendency of the proceedings in D.V.C.No.4 of 2016 and the petitioners would attend the Court as and when directed by the learned Magistrate. 2.

The submission of the learned counsel is accepted. 3.

Accordingly, the presence of the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 7 is dispensed with before the Court below and that A.1 shall represent accused Nos.2 to 7 on all dates of hearing in D.V.C.No.4 of 2016. However, the petitioners shall attend the Court as and when directed by the learned Magistrate.

With the above observation, the criminal petition is dismissed at admission stage.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition stand closed.
