This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the first respondent in registering FIR No.154 of 2010, dated 18.10.2010, under Sections 307, 353, 506 and 379 IPC, Section 29 of AP Forest Act, Section 30(ii) of the AP Forest Rules, 1969, Section 20 of Narcotic Drugs Psychotic Substance Act, Section 27 of the Indian Arms Act and Section 20(g) of the AP Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Dacoits, Drug Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Trafficking Offenders and Land Grabbing Act, 1986.
2. When the matter is taken up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
