THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.260 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking to transfer DVC No.28 of 2014 pending on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam to the appropriate Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Hyderabad.

Heard and perused the material on record.

Considering the grounds raised by the petitioners herein, the DVC No.28 of 2014 pending on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Nampally, Hyderabad for trial and disposal in accordance with law. However, the presence of respondents 2 and 3 herein is dispensed with before the Court below and they shall be permitted to be represented by the first respondent herein. The Transfer Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
