Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the appellants and Sri K.Hari Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent submit that the matter is already settled in the Lok Adalat vide award dated 26.11.2014 and therefore, the appeal can be closed.

Recording the said submission, this appeal is closed. The award passed by the Lok Adalat is placed on record. No costs.
