This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment dated 01.09.2015 passed in Criminal Appeal No.119 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Principal Sessions Judge, Kurnool.

The learned counsel for both parties with one voice submitted that the very purpose of filing the criminal revision case has become infructuous, in view of disposal of D.V.C.No.12 of 2014.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
