Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief.

Granting liberty as sought this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

In view of the dismissal of the Writ Petition, the interim order granted on 05.11.2008 in WP.MP.No.31509 of 2008 in W.P.No.24174 of 2008 stands vacated.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall also stands dismissed.
