The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 31.07.2015, passed in I.A.No.2082 of 2015 in O.S.No.8 of 2006 on the file of learned I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit itself was dismissed without costs on 18.12.2015, whereas, the present revision petition was filed on 08.09.2015.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
