The petitioner is Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and it is represented by its Core Committee Member, Sanghishetty Narsimha. The grievance of the petitioner is that though it filed application on 20-07-2018 before the 4th respondent - Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Hyderabad Division, Telangana State, Hyderabad, seeking permission for conducting party meeting on 16.08.2018 in A.V.College premises, Domalguda, Hyderabad, and made all arrangements and that it was also orally informed that permission was granted, till date, no proceedings granting permission, was issued. Hence the writ petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sharat, Special Government Pleader for the State of Telangana. Since the application of the petitioner dated 20.07.2018, is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, the said respondent is directed to consider the application and take action in accordance with law, by 13.08.2018 (Monday).
