HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14387 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation on 24.03.2017 to the 4th respondent for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in his favour in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.23 guntas in Sy.No.20/2 situated at Dathapur Village, Nawabpet Mandal, Vikarabad District and the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to file an application in Form-VI A as per the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will make necessary application.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to make an application in Form-VIA and on such application being made by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
