ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 31.01.2014 passed by this Court in WPMP No.13633 of 2013 in W.P.No.11016 of 2013.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent contends that subsequent to passing of the order in WPMP No.13633 of 2013, the writ petition itself was disposed of. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
