The writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not paying compensation as ordered in OP.No.3 of 1999 dated 8.12.2005 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that subsequently the petitioners filed E.P.Nos.15 and 17 of 2006 and the payments have been received by them and hence no orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
