THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5878 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 18.11.2016 in I.A.No.470 of 2016 in O.S.No.1721 of 1996 on the file of the Additional Judge-cum-VI Senior Civil Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J March 8, 2017.
