Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Petitioner's grievance is that he had made a representation on 15-07-2017 to 2nd respondent for conduct of survey on demarcation of the claimed by him and that 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs. 5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
