This Company Application has been taken out to condone the delay of 3427 days in filing the claim and direct the Official Liquidator to adjudicate the matter by accepting Form No. 66 filed by the Applicant Company.

Since the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator expressed no objection and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 3427 days in filing the claim is condoned.
