THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.28441 of 2018 ORDER:

It is the case of petitioner that respondents 3 to 5 are making construction on the public road and thereby, causing obstruction to the free flow of traffic.

Though this is a case where no interim orders can be passed, taking into consideration the grievance of the petitioner that it made a complaint to the respondent authorities with respect to the constructions that are being made by respondents 3 to 5 by occupying the road, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 - Commissioner, Nirmal Municipality, Nirmal, to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.08.2018 and take appropriate action against respondents 3 to 5, who are alleged to have been making constructions by occupying the road, after issuing notice to them. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
