This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crl.R.P.No.4 of 2014 dated 15.07.2014 on the file of V Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Kothagudem, Khammam District. During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the cause in the criminal petition does not survive any further for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
