HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.43204 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the inaction of the respondents in taking action on the application No.MU021400062216 filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of e-passbook in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1-06 Gts out of Acs.4.12 Gts in survey No.148 at Uppal Bhagayat Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
The limited grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that though he filed an application for issuance of e-pass book on 06.09.2014, till date no orders are passed.
Learned AGP would submit that the 4th respondent may be directed to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner, if the same is still pending consideration, in accordance with law. Recording the statement of the learned AGP, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahasildar to consider the application submitted by the petitioner vide application No.MU021400062216 seeking issuance of e-pass book in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1-06 Gts. out of Acs.4-12 Gts in survey No.148 situated at Uppal Bhagayat Village, Uppal Mandal,
Ranga Reddy District, and dispose of the same, after hearing the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 2-3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
