THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR CONTEMPT CASE No.14 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 10.03.2015 in W.P.No.37632 of 2014. However, through the said order, the respondent herein was directed not to interfere with the quarry operations of the petitioner. Even today, there is no allegation of physical interference by the respondent and the allegation of the petitioner that the respondent is not issuing permits is a matter which he has to separately agitate. Hence, I do not see any violation of the interim order dated 10.03.2015.

The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed.

Contempt Applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
