Petitioners question the notification dated 08.02.2009 proposing to acquire their land admeasuring Ac.5.00 in Sy.No.402 situated at Kowtharam Village, Gudlavalleru Mandal, Krishna District.

It is represented on behalf of the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the matter has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
