HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENTI/AS RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2347 of 2o24 ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed invoking the provisions under Sections 1 0 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28047 of 2015, dated 1L.O6.2O24.

Heard Sri M.Achyuth Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri V.Brahmaiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Srvetcha, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

During the course of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 11.06.2024, I I respondent No.2 considered the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.03.2015 and passed speaking orders vide proceedings Rc.No.C/ 1416/2024, dated OI.ll.2O24 and a copy of the speaking order was
.) communicated to the petitioner through registered post. A copy of the said speaking order is placed on record, b51 duly serving upon tJle learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court on 11.06.2024, no further adjudication is required. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail the remedies as available under law, including questioning the speaking order dated Ol.lL.2O24 issued by respondent No.2.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
