ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash the order, dated 30.04.2015, in O.A.No.623 of 2015 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad - respondent No.7.

At the hearing, Mr.B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General, appearing for the petitioners, has not disputed that the issue raised in the present writ petition is similar to that raised in W.P.No.13338 of 2016, which was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 21.04.2016.

Hence, following the order, dated 21.04.2016, in W.P.No.13338 of 2016, this Writ Petition is also dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.19175 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
