HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI W.P. Nos. 365, 371 and 372 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:- When these matters were taken up for hearing on 20.11.2018, none appeared for the petitioner - Meghana Travels, as such, the matters were directed to be posted on 22.11.2018 under the caption " for orders" . On 22.11.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence, the matter was directed to be listed to this day under the caption " for dismissal" . Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Hence, these writ petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
