Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 3. In view of the nature of disposal of the present Writ Petition, notice to respondent Nos.4 to 6 is dispensed with. The petitioner states that he is a class V civil contractor, when he was not cooperating with respondent Nos.4 to 6, who are office bearers of Greater Warangal Contractors Association, they were causing obstruction to his regular work and when he went to the third respondent, the third respondent instead of taking action against them, called the petitioner to the Police Station on 01.04.2017 and insisted for settlement of the matter with the unofficial respondents. The petitioner was also made to sit in the Police Station from 11.00 am till evening without there being any registered crime against him.

In view of the nature of the allegation, this Court feels it proper to give liberty to the petitioner to approach the second respondent in person and explain his grievance to the second respondent. As and when the petitioner approaches the second respondent, the second respondent shall take necessary action in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 06.04.2017 vs
