The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in C.C.No.723 of 2Ol2 on the file of the Court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mancherial.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the matter is settled before Lok Adalat and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
