MACMA.MP.No.4639 of is filed by the petitioner/appellant - Insurance Company seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal as settled out of Court.

Sri Ravi Shankar Jandhyala, learned Standing Counsel for the appellant - Insurance Company submits that the matter has been settled outside the Court and that they do not want to proceed with the matter.

Considering the said representation of the learned Standing Counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents, MACMA.MP.No.4639 of 2017 is allowed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
