THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.30853 of 2016 ORDER:

The allegation of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent is making constructions in violation of the norms and in that context the petitioner has made a complaint on 17-08-2016 to the respondent authorities. Learned counsel for the respondent corporation submits that taking into cognizance of the complaint made by the petitioner proceedings have already been initiated against the 4th respondent herein by issuing notice under Section 452 of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955.

Considering the action that has already been initiated by the respondent authorities, the writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to take further action, in accordance with law, and, if the allegations of the petitioner are found to be true, necessary action as required shall be taken, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
