HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.16137 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "to issue any writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 herein in not releasing power supply and providing service connection along with service matter to the petitioner building in Plot No.13, Electronic Complex Extention, Kushaiguda in Kushaguda Section of Sainikpuri Division, Medchal, Malkajgiri (Ranga Reddy) District as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to release power supply by providing service connection along with service connection and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri L. Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein will make an application to the respondents herein and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents, in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3,

AVSS,J W.P.No.16137 of 2017 that if any such application is made, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed, in accordance with law. 5.

Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the matter, keeping it open to the petitioner herein to submit a representation to the respondents herein, for redressal of his grievance, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
