THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON .NO. 32782 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to continue as parking contractor in new K.G. Market Cellar beyond the period of one year by issuing proceedings dated 25.8.2017 and consequential notification dated 18.9.2017.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to the Notification, tenders were called but they are not been finalized. There was no interim order granted by this Court when the matter was taken up for consideration on 22.9.2017. In view of the same, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this length of time. Writ Petition has become infructuous. Writ Petition is accordingly, dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
