THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.21146 OF 2005 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the salaries to the petitioners from the month of May 2005 onwards as illegal, arbitrary offending Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequential to direct the respondents to pay the salaries to the petitioners from the month of May 2005 and continue to pay so long they discharge their duties at the fourth respondent College.
No representation is made on behalf of the petitioners on 11.04.2016. On 12.04.2016 at request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the matter is posted to today. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
