This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to direct the respondent-Corporation to reschedule the tender process with reference to APSO/OPS/PT13/CHITTOOR/POL-MS/HSD-BRANDED FUEL/13-14 issued by the 2nd respondent by fixing fresh dates for sale as well as submission. A perusal of the material on record would show that the tender, which is the subject matter of challenge in this the writ petition, was for a period of two years, commencing from October, 2013. Since two years period has elapsed and in the absence of any positive interim order in favour of the petitioner, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.
