This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "... pass order or orders particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent authorities particularly respondent No.3 in not conducting sub-division fixing boundaries and in not issuing supplementary setwar to the petitioner's land to an extent of Ac.0.29 cents situated in Sy.

No.165/1A, Dommara Pochampally village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Rangareddy District as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice ..."

Heard Sri Md.Nawaz Hyder Ali, learned counsel, representing M/s. Pillix Law Firm, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is owner and possessor of the agriculture land to an extent of Ac.0.29 cents covered by Sy. No.165/1A, Dommara Pochampally village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Rangareddy District (presently MedchalMalkajgiri District) and the petitioner has submitted an application before respondent No.3 on 25.09.2013 requesting him to conduct sub-division, fix the boundaries and to issue setwar. In spite of repeated representations made by the petitioner, respondent No.3 has

not taken any steps to consider the claim of the petitioner without any reasons.

Per contra, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that, as per the provisions of The Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, the petitioner has to submit F-line application through online for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject land. Basing on the representation dated 25.09.2013, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief sought in the writ petition. If the petitioner submits such F-line application through online, respondent Nos.2 and 3 will consider the same in accordance with law. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner by way of reply submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to submit F-line application through online and requested this Court to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 authorities to consider the same by fixing time limit. 6.

In view of the above said submissions, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is granted liberty to submit F-line application through online for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries in respect of the subject land, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such application, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the same

and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months thereafter.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
