Sree Kaleswari Travels Private Limited, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No.13804 of 2013 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The validity of G.O.Ms.No.21 dated 08.03.2013 has been subjected to challenge in this writ petition. Sri Rajanikanth Jwala, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the said G.O. has been superseded by G.O.Ms.No.9 dated 01.02.2016. The earlier G.O.Ms.No.21 dated 08.03.2013, to the extent of supersession, no longer survives and the cause in this writ petition also does not, therefore, survive.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
