THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTI CE J.UMA DEVI WRI T PETI TI ON NO.42383 of 2015 ORDER: (per SK,J) This writ petition was filed assailing the auction of the first petitioner's mortgaged immovable property on 21.12.2015 by the State Bank of India.

As the said sale stands nullified in the light of the final order passed by this Court today in W.P.No.10859 of 2016, this writ petition no longer survives for consideration on merits and is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
