THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3773 of 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order in O.S.S.R. No.6914/2015 in O.S. No.664/2015 dated 17.08.2015 on the file of the Court of the learned I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this C.R.P., but submits that time given by the trial Court is over in the meanwhile, and, he wants to present the plaint before the proper Court within thirty days as he filed the present Civil Revision Petition within thirty days from the date of passing of the order by the trial Court.

In the above circumstances, permission is granted to the petitioner-plaintiff to present the plaint before the proper Court within a period of thirty days from today.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
